There’s still time to jump on a Selkirk Powder tour! The calendar says it spring but you’d swear it’s still winter if you follow Selkirk Powder on Facebook and Instagram. There’s still plenty of snow in north Idaho’s Selkirk Mountains and two glorious weeks of spring skiing left at Schweitzer Mountain Resort. If you are like us, we love this time of year. You can wake up to a day of powder or spring corn or a little of each, all in the same week. How fun is that?! Just the other day we hosted a cat ski tour for the crew from Pucci’s Pub, a favorite Schweitzer Mountain apres’ ski stop. You’d think it would be hard to impress this crowd of locals. “Amazing!” was their reaction to a day of endless powder skiing…on March 29! If you want to catch some beautiful spring ski days, and maybe even some pow, give Selkirk Powder a call. We will be running snowmobile, cat ski, cat sightsee, and backcountry ski tours until April 15, the projected closing date for Schweitzer Mountain Resort.
