Payment

All reservations are paid in full at the time of booking.

Promotions & discounts

You must call reservations directly and mention any promotions or discounts during the booking process. No discounts will be applied after full payment has been received.

Cancellations & reservation changes

Cancellations

Cancellations 45 days or less are 100 % non-refundable – no exceptions. Cancellation requests for bookings received 45 days in advance of tour date will be extended full credit valid for the remainder of the season or 3 year from the date of the tour.

Reservation changes

You may request date or time changes outside of 45 days of your booking; changes at and inside of 45 days are not possible. Changes to your reservation are subject to availability and incur an administrative fee of $100 per change.

Weather

We have no control over Mother Nature. We tour in sun, snow, rain, wind, or any combination of interesting weather. It is, after all, an alpine environment. Be prepared, and dress accordingly. We reserve the right to cancel a tour for safety, mechanical reasons, or ski lift closures as conditions warrant. In such an instance, you will be issued a full or partial credit valid for the remainder of the season or 3 years. Refunds will not be issued.

Trip Insurance

We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance with the enhanced coverage, Cancel For Any Reason, through an outside provider such as InsureMyTrip.
