We are proud to be Course Providers teaching AIARE’s Recreational Program. For avalanche curriculum and training, AIARE gathers the latest knowledge, research, and ideas in alpine safety to create avalanche training courses that reflect the needs of today’s backcountry travelers and professionals.
Selkirk Powder has three AIARE-trained Course Leaders and three Instructors on staff led by aspiring AMGA member Kevin Stolbrock. All of our leaders and instructors have countless training hours prior to their commitment to AIARE’s rigorous Professional Program.
