Cancellations & changes
Cancellations 30 days or less are 100 % non-refundable – no exceptions. Cancellation requests for (paid in full) bookings received 30 days in advance of tour date will be extended full credit good for 5 years from original tour date. We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance through an outside provider, and we can recommend InsureMyTrip.
You may request date or time changes outside of 30 days; no date or time changes will be allowed inside of 30 days. Changes to your reservation are subject to availability and are subject to an administrative fee of $40 per change.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to your tour date. All online bookings are paid in full. Call reservations to pay a 50 % (non-refundable) deposit. The final balance will be charged to the credit card on file 60 days prior to your tour date. Unpaid reservations result in loss of reservation and forfeiture of 50 % booking deposit. Reservations made 60 days or less from the tour date are payable in full.
Promotions & discounts
You must call reservations directly and mention any promotions or discounts during the booking process. No discounts will be applied after full payment has been received.
We have no control over Mother Nature. We tour in sun, snow, rain, wind, or any combination of interesting weather. It is, after all, an alpine environment. Be prepared, and dress accordingly. We reserve the right to cancel a tour for safety, mechanical reasons, or ski lift closures as conditions warrant. In such an instance, you will be issued a full or partial credit good for 5 years from your original tour date. Refunds will not be issued.
